Processing Times

Ready Made orders are generally processed as soon as the order is confirmed and payment received. 

Custom Orders are generally processed within 21 days, allowing for production time as each item is individually handcrafted.

Shipping Partner

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or equivalent services.

Delivery Estimates

We aim to deliver ready-made orders within 7 days of order being received and payment confirmed.  Custom orders on the other hand could take up to 21 days.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier issues or seasonal demand.
