Ready-Made Products

Customers purchasing ready-made items may request a return within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer regulations. This must be done in writing by emailing [email protected], and waiting for our response before returning any item.

Returned items must:

Be unused

Be in original condition

Include original packaging where possible

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Made-to-Order Products

Due to the bespoke nature of our made-to-order pieces, we do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges for change of mind once production has commenced. Each made-to-order item is handcrafted specifically to your selected specifications.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
